Well I wore light blue nail polish. I like my nail polish as ıt is just like my medicine bag.. And I also sewed a zipper on to my bag.. Now All my medicines and pills are in safe...

But I am good If I take my medicines.. But I know life is good with crochet. And I must say I feel better with crochet. Yes that's my therapy and my doctor said this for me..

ReplyDeleteHello Beck my friend. I'm sorry that you have heart problems and hypertension, my dad has the same problem. He just got out of the hospital from a mild stroke, but he's okay now. He doesn't know how to crochet, but singing is his therapy. He and my uncle are members of a singing group and they regularly sing at the church. :) Take care always. <3
