Crochet Monkey Memo board

Hi Dear friends,
I made another memoboard from an old canvas painting. I covered canvas with brown fabric by the helping of glue gun. I made a crochet monkey and added monkey on the board. That s all, very simple and enjoyable..

    I love the monkey. Do you have the pattern? My granddaughter's nursery theme is sock monkeys.

    Hello Dear Cindy. Thank you very much for your comment. I am so sorry that I made this by searching pictures of websites. I tried to make this by looking pictures closely. But really I want to help you with my poor english. This monkey is 2 pieces. The first piece is his head. The second piece is his nose and mouth. His head is a crochet circle. It is easy to make. When you made a circle. You ll make the second piece. you ll make 10 stitchs, then, on these stitchs you ll make double crochet to both of the sides which are under and upper of these stitchs. It will be elipsoid. Then you ll sew two pieces to eachother. After this you ll find the ears position to make two ears and sew them on the head. These are so easy but sorry for my poor english. After all, you ll make eyes, nostrils and mouth with a needle and black rope. It is very easy to make but very hard for me to tell with my poor english. Really so sorry. I hope you understand a bit. Would you mind giving an answer for your grandaughter s project's result, I ll be very happy. and nice to meet you. All best wishes...

    Dear Debi and Dear Holly, It is very nice to have friends like you. It is blog friendship with all over the world and This is great. I see that all of you are so good friends thank you really very much. My English was so good when I was on secondary school and high school. We had English lessons so much and so hard. And I wanted to be an english teacher. But now I am veterinerian. I like animals like my children. I have 2 dogs and one cat. All of them were homeless and sick when I had found them on the roads. Now they are happy so I am happy with them.

    Your directions are very clear and your English much better than I could hope to do in any other language. You are very kind to take the time to share your pattern. This will be a lovely wall decoration, after I finish my other monkey projects.
